Last weekend, when Mr. Hallmark and I were looking online to see what movies were playing, she perched her head on the edge of my laptop while Mr. Hallmark clicked away.  She glanced over at me as I peered over Mr. H’s shoulder and flashed those big brown eyes at me.  You know the ones.  The ones that guilted us into staying home that night.  I know, I know, we’re suckers for her little face. But, really, how did my sweet little Sophie get to be so darn cute?  I’m seriously concerned for how we’ll parent actual human beings one day…but in the mean time, go give your dogs a big hug, they make us smile and love us everyday even when we don’t end up staying home.  :)
