Hi there and congratulations on your engagement!
It wasn’t too long ago that I stood in your shoes: picking a date and location, style, colors, flowers, dress, photographer, cake, music, honeymoon location and all the rest that goes into planning your big day. I know very well how overwhelming it can be! My hope for you both is that you take this time to really enjoy your engagement and the planning of the day you start your lives together because it goes by so quickly and there is so much to treasure.
As your photographer, it’s so important to me that you and your relationship truly be reflected in your photographs. I want you to look back on the images from your wedding day not only tomorrow, but fifty years from now and feel as if you’ve stepped right back into your day. I want you to feel all the emotions and see a million amazing little moments or details that you may not have even noticed in the midst of it all. I want you to see the beauty in yourself, your relationship and in it all. And, on your wedding day, I want you to feel as if your friend, and not just your wedding photographer is there to capture every moment of it. Getting to know you and becoming friends with my clients is one of my favorite parts of my job and allows me to really understand who you are and what you mean to each other so I’m better able to capture every moment of that on your wedding day.
